Since its establishment over 59 years ago, St. Andrew's has taken a leadership position in Early Childhood Education and has always been recognized for the excellence of its educational programs. From a nursery school to a kindergarten, from a private daycare to becoming part of the CPE system, St. Andrew’s prides itself on offering a positive, creative and pedagogically appropriate learning experience to each child.
St. Andrew's educational staff is comprised of highly dedicated, experienced and well-trained teachers from a wide variety of backgrounds. The teachers are integral to leading the child's overall learning and development and are passionate about working with children. St. Andrew’s offers educational programs in both English and French to successfully prepare each child for kindergarten and primary school. We provide opportunities to engage children in the classroom, our exceptional playground, and through in-class activities and field trips. Children learn to self-regulate, respond to social cues, exercise their bodies and minds, and early reading and writing skills. St. Andrew’s is the launch pad for what we hope will be a long, happy and fulfilling educational experience for your children.
St. Andrew's success has been built on community. We believe that creating a strong partnership with parents is necessary for a successful school experience. We strive to become an extension of the child’s family and facilitate open communication between teachers and parents. This creates a nurturing environment in which your child will flourish. And the results speak for themselves – during a recent survey parents overwhelming stated that they feel comfortable sending their children to St. Andrew's and that their children are happy here.
